Our unique Heat & Eat menu gives you the full Sachins experience from the comfort of your own home. Our starters, mains and sides come fully pre-prepared and with complete instructions – all you need to do is pop them in the oven!

Available Thursday to Saturday. Orders must be placed before 2pm.

Gunpowder Chicken

Pieces of chicken marinated in Punjabi spices and coated in a gram flour batter, shallow fried and served with our gunpowder sauce.

Chicken marinated in two different ways in Punjabi spices, with yogurt, fresh lemon,

Pieces of monkfish marinated in delicate Punjabi spices, coated in gram flour, shallow fried and served crispy.

King prawns marinated in dry Punjabi spices, fresh garlic, ginger and chilli, cooked in the heart of the tandoor.

The Dish Formerly Known as Jalfrezi

Pieces of chicken cooked in a hot green chilli and fresh coriander-based sauce. This green-coloured dish is full of flavour and extremely spicy. This dish is not to be confused with the Jalfrezi we supply to Local & Gosforth Traders.

Murgh Malabar

Diced chicken cooked in South Indian spices with fresh curry leaves, mustard seeds, chilli flakes and coconut milk.

Butter Chicken

Diced pieces of tandoori chicken marinated in Punjabi spices and cooked in the tandoor. Served in a rich tomato-based sauce with a touch of cream.

Lamb Lal Goshat

A very traditional Punjabi hot dish. Diced lamb marinated in yoghurt, red chillies, fresh curry leaves and spices, cooked on a slow heat.

Lamb Karahi

Diced lamb cooked in Punjabi spices, tossed in an iron Karachi (wok) and served on a bed of onions with tomatoes, green peppers, fresh ginger and coriander.

The Rolls Royce of Daal. Black lentils simmered overnight, tempered with garlic, ginger and tomato with a touch of cream and butter.
